Tuesday, 8th of AprilThis Black Tie Optional affair is to honor the three cadets who have shown such attributes and qualities to be awarded Leadership Awards from UMIP — Panama ’s International Maritime University Our award winners will be in attendance along with other dignitaries from the school.
